Col Finley

Lyrics

Two high school kids just growing old
Not scared of time or what the future holds
In their pickup truck they drive the unknown
To a place they will call it there home

Only innocence will remain, and only truth will keep you sane

If Love is blind then why can I see, all this love and faith surround me
If love is blind then why can I see, it like fulfilling an impossible dream
If love is blind.

Airport lounge a lonely lady sits a warn heart and weathered skin
With a gaze meets a man they fall in love with a touch of a hand

Only innocence will remain, and only truth will keep you sane

If Love is blind then why can I see, all this love and faith surround me
If love is blind then why can I see, it like fulfilling an impossible dream
If love is blind.

So if two heart go to collide don’t you rush them don’t you go and hide
Go and grab it with both hand and go and live boy live while you can

Only innocence will remain, and only truth will keep you sane

If Love is blind then why can I see, all this love and faith surround me
If love is blind then why can I see, it like fulfilling an impossible dream
If love is blind.
